  • Do you do logo design?

    Yes. 


    We offer various logo packages to suit your budget/needs. This varies from basic redrawing or slight adjustments to an existing logo; or, have a completely new logo designed with the option of up to 8 concepts. *Please note all logo designs require a consult with our graphic artists and a 50% deposit before commencing.

  • What are the standard sizes and dimensions we should be aware of?

    Please refer to our Size Guide 

  • How do we supply a print ready file for you to print?

    We require the file to be supplied as a high resolution PDF in CMYK with 3mm bleed and crop marks.

  • Do you print business cards?

    Yes. 


    ZipPrint produces high quality business cards on various stocks and finishes.

  • Do you design and print TShirts?

    No. 


    We do not produce T-shirts.

  • Do you print carbon books?

    Yes.


    At ZipPrint we can produce tailor made carbonless books for any use. A few examples include: Invoice, Purchase Order, Pre Start, Job Books.

  • How long does it take to print my order?

    Turn around times completely depend on the size and complexity of your job. 


    Business cards and flyers can be turned around within 2 working days from approval of artwork. 


    Most other jobs require 5 – 10 working days for completion.
